This Court has entertained the case of entrustment contract dispute between Beijing Yingke (Shenzhen) Law Firm (“Plaintiff”) and Ye Lijia (“Respondent”) ([2017] Yue 0391Min Chu[1]No. 733). As your whereabouts is unknown, in accordance with Article 92 of the Civil Procedure Law of the People’s Republic of China, documents are served to you by means of announcement, inter alia, duplicate copy of the Complaint, Notice of Appearance, Notice of Reply, Advice of Proof, Notification of Litigation Rights and Obligations, Litigation Risks Notification, Court Summons, Notification of Collegial Panel, and duplicate copy of evidence. Claims listed in the duplicate copy of the complaint are summarized as follows: 1. The Respondent shall pay the Plaintiff attorney fee of RMB71,000 and interest arising from overdue payment (Said interest shall be based on RMB71,000 and counted at the loan interest rate stipulated by the People's Bank of China for corresponding period (4.35%) from November 4, 2016 to pay day stipulated in the judgment. The interest is amounted to be RMB1,029 till March 7, 2017 ). 2. All litigation cost shall all be borne by the Respondent. This Announcement shall be deemed to have been served after three months since being issued. The period for submitting the answer brief is 30 days upon expiry of publicity of this Announcement. The period for adducing evidence is 30 days upon expiry of publicity of this Announcement. This case will be tried at 14:30 on November 20, 2017 in the Fifth Courtroom. Please present on time, or trial by default will be conducted under the law.
