According to the recent data release, it shows that since July, 2016, the 13 Hong Kong jurors hired by Qianhai Court have participated in hearing 44 cases.
The 13 jurors are from various industries such as finance, technology, culture, public services and more.
As the court is entitled to deal with all Hong Kong-related commercial cases in Shenzhen, it strives to provide efficient, fair services to related entities. So far the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan related cases account for 60 percent of its total heard foreign and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan cases.
