According to a recent press conference held by the court, it is working on setting up an attorney’s investigation writ system to further protect the rights of litigants.
Starting from June, the court has begun to allow the attorney of one litigant to collect evidence against the other litigant and explore the proper ways to set up the attorney's investigation writ system, with the aims of standardize evidence collecting procedure.
The court has set up a linkage system with various government department to make sure that attorneys can collect related evidence effectively.
