The court has announced that it will further standardize the procedure of handling properties that are involved in cases.
The court made the certain adjustment according to the requirements and regulations made by the Supreme Court and will ensure the online auction be properly conducted.
It will also expand the scope of auction items. For instance, the court has enabled an auction, which aimed to sell a batch of seized naphtha.
For the current auction items, the auction items of the house property accounts 80.32% of the total and the vehicle and machine items account 12.34% of the total.
The court also made advanced notice about every auction, allowing the public to know the true value of the item.
So far, there are 41 auctions have been held successfully, attracting over 200 people to join in. The volume of the transaction was 68.89 yuan.
