Measures taken to further optimize business environment

The “one-window service” for business registration and the Tutong Qianhai Big Data Platform were launched in Qianhai on Oct.27, aiming to further optimize the business environment in the free trade area.

Under the “one-window service,” business-related affairs, such as business registration, corporate invoice applications and official seal engraving, can be completed in just one working day. The “one-window service” was made possible after information is shared among government departments of business registration, public security, taxation, social security and banks.

The service is another measure Qianhai introduces to strengthen reforms, optimize the business environment, and integrate with international rules and standards to further facilitate investment in the area.

The Tutong Qianhai Big Data Platform enables inter-departmental, cross-industry and cross-level cooperation and connection. Data from 19 departments are collected by the platform to create a database to enhance information sharing and improve government efficiency. All of the information of the Qianhai free trade area is displayed for the first time, and the economic indicator system of the area is established to fully showcase the overall economic performance of Qianhai. The platform also provides intelligent support to the business environment, enterprise return, institutional innovation and credit supervision. 

The launch of the platform project marks a new page in Qianhai’s digital construction. The intensive management and informatization level of Qianhai are expected to improve comprehensively.
