The Authority of Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone and the Shenzhen Talent Group will join hands to build an international talent hub in Qianhai to promote the free flow of talents and innovation resources in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, it was unveiled at a signing ceremony Feb.24.
According to the agreement, the two parties will establish a joint venture to push forward the construction of the international talent hub. The initial phase of the talent hub will have 48,000 square meters of office space, where some 52 enterprises and institutions including headhunting agencies, professional training centers and providers of human resources services will be introduced to offer quality and comprehensive services to international talents in the free trade area.
Huang Min, chief of the Party committee of the Qianhai authority said at the ceremony that the talent hub will serve as an important platform for international talents seeking employment, entrepreneurship, investment and life on the Chinese mainland and in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
The talent hub will feature five major centers of sci-tech innovation, high-end headhunter video recruitment, talent hunting and investment, talent big data, and offshore services.
Tian Yu, deputy general manager of the Shenzhen Talent Group, said that the hub is conducive to accelerate the integration of international talent resources, the integration of the talent industry and the aggregation of talent services to create an international talent ecosystem in Qianhai.
